ST. LOUIS — Shake Shack has officially announced plans to open its newest St. Louis-area location inside the River City Casino & Hotel complex in south St. Louis County. The new location marks a strategic expansion for the national restaurant brand into the region's gaming and hospitality sector, joining an array of dining options within the resort destination. Construction on the restaurant space is finalized, and corporate representatives confirmed that grand opening festivities and ribbon-cutting ceremonies will kick off in mid-November.
